Step back in time and experience the splendour of Tudor England as Sudeley Castle commemorates 490 years since the historic visit of King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn.

For two days, the castle grounds will come alive with costumed historic re-enactors portraying Henry VIII, Anne Boleyn, Thomas Cromwell, and ladies of the royal court. Walk the very paths they once did, and engage in lively conservation as history comes vividly to life around you.

The Kinge's Musicke

Enjoy a special concert in celebration of the Henry VIII song book complied between 1510-1520.

This beautiful book is a surviving monument to secular music from the early years of King Henry’s reign & contains 109 songs and instrumental pieces by composers from across Europe. Many compositions are attributed to the king himself!

Find us in the Chapel in the heart of the gardens. Timings TBC
