Medieval myths and making!

Come to Merton Priory Chapter House on Saturday 21 October, hear stories about monks and medieval times and create your own mosaic with our fun craft activity. 11am - 1.30pm. FREE

We’re creating a new, nature-friendly riverside park for local residents of Merton to enjoy. This involves restoring the Merton Priory Wall, which formed one of the most important monasteries in medieval England. Come and join us at Merton Priory Chapter House in this specially created Children's session to find out more about Merton's fascinating history.

Get crafty making mosaics inspired by the wall with local artists and search for treasures in the Chapter House! Then join Hannah Need, resident storyteller at Merton Abbey Primary School, as she spins a tale about monks in medieval times. Story times at 11.30 and 12.30. Suitable for ages 5+
